Was founded in April 2021 by Steven Appleton and is an Nationwide golfing platform which is open to all golfers Β – based out of Eggborough (North Yorkshire) in the UK.
Proper Golf Series is a golfing platform which is open to all golfers. We visit some of the best golf courses in the UK / World giving you the opportunity to walk the fairways of the greats and while doing so still compete for prizes along the way.
You will meet many new golfing friends on the series which is key and you will enjoy every second.

A few words from our owner
I started my golfing journey back when I was 13 years old playing at a local municipal golf course and after quickly realising that golf was so addictive and this is something that I enjoyed and wanted to keep playing my parents made me a junior member at Darrington Golf Club. Throughout my golfing journey I have been lucky to represent my club, my district & even my county in various regional competitions.
Having worked & played in the golfing industry I always wondered what it would be like to create my own golfing platform to give other golfers the chance to play the top courses and compete. Sometimes its not always about competing and winning as majority of our golfers enjoying travelling around ticking off the courses and meeting new friends along the way and making friends for life. Β Well after all these years of dreaming I have finally put my dreams into a reality and sharing my journey with you in creating the Proper Golf Series.
