The Inaugural Proper Golf Series Ryder Cup Match
I am looking to take a team of golfers to La Torre Golf Resort in Murcia, Spain to be part of our first ever Ryder Cup style match against La Torre’s very own Club 25 Society. The team will consist of 12 golfers and we will be battling it out under the Spanish sun over 2 rounds of golf.
Your entry fee includes:
- 3 Nights stay in the 5* Doubletree by Hilton Hotel at La Torre Golf Resort (based on sharing twin/double room)
- Breakfast each morning in the hotel
- 2 x rounds of golf at La Torre golf resort playing a Ryder Cup Style Competition
- FREE Proper Golf Series Ryder Cup Polo Shirt
- Welcome Goody Bag for each team member
- Airport transfers from Murcia International Airport (All golfers have to be on the same transfer)
- Trophy for the winning team
- Watch the final round of the Ryder Cup in the Square on our arrival day
Single Occupancy Golfer: £565.00 / Non Golfer Rate: £325.00 (sharing with a golfer)
Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival Day – (Check in and browse the resort or sunbathe in the Spanish sun. On the evening all players will meet in the square and meet the opposition team (La Torre Club 25 Society) and this is where we will announce the Pairings for Round 1 of the Ryder Cup)
Day 2: 1st round of the Ryder Cup match and it will be 4BBB Pairs Matchplay.
Day 3: Final round of the Ryder Cup match and it will be Singles Matchplay followed by a prize presentation and farewell drinks with all golfers.
Day 4: Departure Day
The whole La Torre Golf Resort is a perfect location for golfers who are wanting to golf in beautiful sunshine and enjoy good food & drinks whilst meeting new golfing friends. Having done a trip here last year & also doing a trip 4 days prior to the Ryder Cup match this is one of my favourite places for a group of golfers as it caters for everyone.
Prize
The winning team will have bragging rights for the year and also claim the Ryder Cup Trophy.
Event Format
Round 1: 4BBB Pairs Matchplay
Round 2: Singles Matchplay (played in 4balls)
To secure you place on the trip all we would require is a £100.00 non refundable deposit per person and the remaining balance paid in full 8 weeks prior to the event date.
All information regarding Airport Transfers and hotel check in etc will be sent out no later than 4 weeks prior to the event date. Regarding Airport Transfers all golfers will have to try and land at similar time to take advantage on the FREE airport transfer – If not Taxi’s will have to be booked and this will not be included in the Entry Fee and down to the individual to sort. (15 min taxi ride from Airport to La Torre)
